WWE Needs Canada’s Approval?, TNA’s Cage “Sides Chosen”?
-Slam Wrestling reports that WWE sees Canada as a country on it own. Does WWE need Canada’s approval of acceptance, ever since The Montreal Screwjob??. ..

At other times, it’s like we’re in a different universe.
First, let’s separate Toronto from the rest of Canada.
It’s almost as if WWE recognizes Toronto as being a country on its own. It never gets forgotten and news has leaked out that “the centre of the universe” will host a TV Supershow on Dec. 22: A live RAW, along with ECW and Smackdown! tapings.

-Kevin Eck reports that the interesting storyline on TNA’s Christian Cage is quite baffling. Does he sides with the veterans in the sport and take sides with the younger talent?
I’m a big fan of Cage as a performer, so anything that puts the focus on him is fine with me. This angle is compelling because, as Cage explained during an interview with Karen Angle last night, he has become a big star, yet he is not that far removed from being one of the young guys who was kept down by veterans.
It’s also interesting how this story line about having to choose sides mirrors Cage’s current situation in real life. It’s no secret that his contract is expiring soon and that he will have to make a decision whether to re-sign with the upstart TNA or return to the established WWE. More on the story>>>>
