Wrestler Injury Updates
Where have all the amazing wrestlers gone? Under the knife, it would seem.
King Booker (Booker T) underwent surgery this week to remove bone fragments from his knee. He will hopefully return within six to eight weeks.
Triple H is still recouperating (and probably enjoying spending time with his wife and new baby Aurora) and is expected to return to the ring in August at Summerslam.
Hardcore Holly is having surgery in a few days to fix a nerve entrapment in his elbow. Doctors estimate that he will be out for three to four months which would put him back on the schedule for mid to late August.
Rey Mysterio Jr. recently had surgery to repair an injury to his knee. While most sources have him back around July, the official WWE site is saying that he is out of action “indefinitely”. Hmmm…I wonder what they’ve got up their sleeves.

This is definitely a career that bangs you up pretty good. Hopefully these guys will get better soon and be able to get back into it. I can only imagine the aches these guys are going to have when they get old. Ouch.
