TNA Impact “SPOILERS” for 11-27-08
TNA iMPACT SPOILERS for Nocember 27, 2008 on Spike TV:
- Alex Shelley beat Cute Kip and Consequences Creed in a Turkey Bowl match.
- TNA X Division champion Sheik Abdulah Bashir beat Matt Morgan and Jimmy Rave in a Turkey Bowl match.
- Promo time with the TNA Originals, led by Rhino. Rhino says the group is now called the Frontline and that TNA is like the original ECW and that he believes in TNA. He says he’ll take out Angle at Final Resolution and that Samoa Joe and AJ Styles will take out the others as well. He says the Frontline will recruit new members as the others in the camp don’t have enough experience. The Main Event Mafia come out and Rhino tells Angle he has a war.
- Rhino beat Hernandez and Sonjay Dutt in a Turkey Bowl match.
- Rhino, Samoa Joe and AJ Styles pay Team 3D a visit backstage. 3D and Joe argue, which was TNA’s way of letting us know there’s a swerve on the way tonight.
- Scott Steiner later tells 3D that the MEM have an offer for them.
- Christy Hemme beat Raisha Saeed to earn a Knockouts title shot at Final Resolution. Rhaka Khan and Awesome Kong try to attack her but she escapes.
- Rhino beat Alex Shelley and Bashir to win the Turkey Bowl and $25,000. Mick Foley came out to awarded Rhino the money. Shelley reluctantly puts on the turkey suit after Foley tells him he’ll be fired if he doesn’t wear it. Shelley gives Foley the finger and Foley responds with a double arm DDT.
- Main event angle time. Rhino, Joe and AJ head to the ring awaiting 3D’s decision. 3D come out in suits but then turn on the MEM and join the Frontline. They tease putting Angle through a table with a 3D but Sting makes the save.
