-Paul London was an NO showed at this passed week-ends event, WrestleFest convention in Newark, CA. He sent a text message to promoter Kirk White during the event saying: “Would it mess up your convention if I no-show this weekend?” and then switched his cell phone off. London is earning a bad rep of late for pulling out of bookings at the last minute.
-”20/20″ on ABC last night had a piece on steroids in pro sports. PWIsider reports one of the clips shown on the broadcast was the infamous interview with former WWE star David Schultz slapping reporter John Stossel. They also mentioned the Chris Benoit family tragedy during the “roid rage” portion of the telecast.
