No new news yet on the death of WWE and WCW wrestler Brian “Crush” Adams - as stated here, the wrestler was found in his bed by his wife, not breathing and non-responsive.
The WWE has commented on this on their site, here, with a bit more of the wrestler’s history.
An autopsy is due to be completed today - more news as it becomes available.
Funking Conservatory Press Release - Vickii Von !BANG! TV’s Women’s Champion
Vickii Von wrestles at the Funking Conservatory as one half of the “Pop Tarts,” Her heroes in professional wrestling are Randy Orton, James Storm, John Cena, Micki James and Lita.
Much as was the case with Micki and Lita, Vickii Von works and trains hard and asks no favors in the tough schedule of the Funking Conservatory.
Vickii trains daily, in the morning, swimming laps, along with 2 weight workouts aday, 5 days a week and 6 days a week in the ring training and performing her skills in the ring as 1/2 of !BANG! TV’s Faburlous “Pop Tarts” along with fellow Champion Tag Team partner, Lady Kimberly.

Bryan Adams, known as Crush to his WWE fans was found today by his loving wife lying unconscious in bed not breathing. Crush’s death has been official declared an “unexplained” event. Adams wife call paramedics and when they arrived they were unable to revive him. No signes of injuries were present. Tomorrow and autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.

Born Kenneth Anderson on March 6, 1976, he is currently wrestling on the Raw rooster under the name of Ken Kennedy or known as MMMIIISSSTTTER KKEENNNEEDDY.
Before his wrestling career got started, Ken was a trainer and security guard at a nuclear power plant. During his college years Ken did announcing for college basketball games and did a radio show for his media class. As a joke, one of Kens fellow classmates asked him to repeat the surnames again to make it more comical, which is where he gets his gimmick that he uses currently. As for Ken Anderson, WWE didn’t want anyone to get him confused the Anderson boys, Ole and Arn, so WWE came up with Kennedy, which comes from Vincent Kennedy McMahon.
Ken is trained in Eskrima and Taekwondo, two forms of martial arts. When he’s relaxing, Ken loves to play video games and watch his favorite tv show, 24.
In Ken’s world, a dream match between him and Stone Cold Steve Austin would be a dream come true. The Rattlesnake gave Ken the inspiration to become a professional wrestler.
After serving for his country in the United States Army, Ken was trained by Eric Hammers & Mike Krause - owners of the All-Star Championship Wrestling. Ken had a trial period through WWE Jakked, WWE Velocity, and WWE Sunday Night Heat as an independant wrestler thru 2001-2004. He also appeared on TNA Explosion and through this Jeff Jarret approached Ken for a contract but communications fell through.
In February 2005, Anderson signed a developmental contract with WWE.

At The Great American Bash due to the WWE Wellness Program, MVP was under going a mandatory cardio testing. This testing takes place every six months. Dr. Fred Feuerbach, cardiologist overseeing the testing for WWE, discovered an abnormal accessory pathway in his heart known as Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome.
According to Dr. Feuerbach;
“You can’t predict who of any given group will be fatally affected. In general, however, those who have the accessory pathway shouldn’t be exposed to excessive physical activity, because they have a higher risk of fatal arrhythmia.?
MVP’s condition is most likely attributable to genetics. This past Monday, MVP underwent a precarious radio frequency treatment given by Dr. Feuerbach - a procedure that is equally dangerous in that one in 1,000 individuals die during it. Next weeks test will be performed to see if it was a complete success.

The Sun has got an interesting article heading towrds the Vince McMahon World Wrestling Federation. With Hulk Hogan shocking the wrestling industry stating he is going to start his own wrestling federation.
Not only did Hulk Hogan take on Vince inside the ring, but he also wants to go toe to toe outside the wrestling ring with the CEO of the WWE. Hogan lashes out on his ex-boss and fellow wrestling legend “Stone Cold” steve Austin and Vince’s “robot” roster.

The Largest Sports Memorabilia Convention on Long Island Ever.
Friday and Saturday August 24th and 25th, Turnbuckle Promotions memorabilia Convention will have special meaning for many reasons. Just like the wrestling fans, Marti and I will have the opportunity to speak with friends who have been special in our life that we haven’t seen in years.
It could also be the last opportunity to appear at a wrestling event with my brother Terry Funk. It will bring back many memories.
When Terry broke into the business, I had already been wrestling two years. As I watched Terry wrestle his first match with Sputnik Monroe at the Amarillo Sports Arena, I knew my little brother had what it takes.
In the early days we teamed together in the Amarillo Territory often. Even though we were individuals and had different styles and separate careers in the wrestling business. I always knew Terry was at my side and when necessary, had my back covered.
Our days in Japan as the premier American Tag Team and our feuds with Abdullah the Butcher and The Sheik were memories I could never forget. As a team in Japan, we were the only three time All Japan Pro-Wrestling World League Wrestling Champions.
Here in America we had separate careers but at times there was a team so dominating that wrestling fans demanded they face the “Funk Brothers.” Teams like the Brisco Brothers, Sheik and Abdullah the Butcher and maybe the most dominating team in wrestling, The Road Warriors.

World Wrestling Entertainment with the help of John Laurinitis has signed the Garcia Twins to a developmental contract. Brianna and Nichole are currently training in Tampa with the Florida Championship Wrestling. They were in WWE Diva’s search in 2006 as contestant No.48 and No.51

Rule Book for Professional Wrestling?
Section 1: General Rules - A wrestling match shall consist of a physical confrontation between two individual athletes or two teams of athletes who have demonstrated a proficiency in the skills contiguous to the sport and who are in sound physical condition. Wrestlers shall be of good moral character and shall not be fugitives from justice.
Section 1 (b): The object of a wrestling match shall be to gain a victory over one’s opponent through the use of a legal hold or series of legal holds and maneuvers. either by scoring a pin fall or by forcing an opponent to concede defeat. To be pinned: both of a contestant’s shoulders must be held to the mat for three consecutive seconds, as witnessed and counted off by the referee in charge of the event.
Section 3 (f) Biting any part of an opponent’s anatomy is strictly prohibited.
Section 3 (h) Choke holds are prohibited as is any use of the ring ropes for the purpose of impairing an opponent’s breathing.
Section 3 (i) Any wrestler who deliberately strikes his opponent in the privates is subject to immediate disqualification.
Section 6 (a) Women wrestlers shall in no case be paid either more or less than male athletes involved in matches which could reasonably be construed as being of similar value to the promoter.
