Other Driver in Graziano Case, Found Guilty and Nick Hogan License Update

-Danny Jacobs, authorities say was racing against Nick Bollea before Bollea crashed his car in August, pleaded no contest this morning to a charge of reckless driving.
Jacobs, 22, was sentenced to 90 days of probation and fined $500. His driver’s license was suspended for 90 days and he was ordered to serve 25 hours of community service. For the rest of the story from Tampa Bay Online, click here.
-The suspension of Nick Bollea, aka Nick Hogan license was based on his blood alcohol content on the day of August 26, the day of the incident.
On that day of August 26, Nick’s blood-alcohol level of 0.05 percent or higher the night of the crash. The Florida law states that any minor under the age of 21, immediate suspension of license if blood-alcohol level is noticed. For more on the story, click here.
