Nick Hogan’s License Suspended

It’s now being reported that the reason Nick Hogan isn’t driving anymore is because he can’t drive anymore. The pint-sized Hogan has had his license suspended due to the charges that have been levvied against him. These charges include being under 21 and having a blood alcohol content higher than .05, and being charged with Reckless Driving Involving Serious Injury. The charge also carries a penalty of five years in jail, although many experts feel he will likely receive probation.

And just to make things even sweeter, as of December 11th, Nick will face an additional suspension for failing to pay a fine in Osceola County for driving 106 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. If he pays the fine, the suspension will be lifted. 106 MPH in a 70 MPG zone?! Yeah - Nick NEVER speeds…
