Nick Hogan getting Sued!!
It’s finally happened. Nick, Hulk, Linda, and a family friend named Daniel Jacobs are being sued by the Graziano family for the accident that injured John Graziano. Now it makes sense that Nick is being sued due to the fact that he was the driver. But why Hulk, Linda, and Daniel Jacobs?
According to the lawsuit, Hulk and Linda both knew about Nick’s problem with speeding, as he was pulled over a number of times for his fast driving. Hulk also allowed Nick to drive the Supra, and family friend Daniel to drive his Viper, which is what Nick was racing against.
Once again, family attorney Weinberg, has pulled in the old “John wasn’t wearing a seatbelt so his injuries were his responsibility” routine. The damages have not been specified as of yet but its sure to be a big one.
