Georgetown Police Detective Thomas DeJoy accepts a Preliminary Breath Tester and a simulator from Newbury Police Officer Daniel Cena, who came up with the idea of donating equipment to local police departments after being severely injured when his cruiser was totaled by a drunk driver on Route 1.
