Nancy’s Parents question Fragile X Syndrome

It has been over a week since the Benoit tagedy, and Nancy Benoit’s parents are contesting the fact that their grandson, Daniel was ever diagnosed with Fragile X Syndrome.

Nancy Benoit’s parents have hired Atlanta attorney, Richard Decker to handle the estate of Nancy and Daniel.

An attorney speaking on behalf of Nancy’s parents, Paul and Maureen Toffolini, state that they have never heard of their grandson having any type of genetic disability. They have spent numerous times with the Benoit family and state that Daniel seemed to be a normal loving boy.

The Toffolinis also stated they had a caring, loving relationship with there son-in-law,Chris Benoit.

Chris’s ex-wife even states:

“Chris was a wonderful husband and a wonderful father. This is not the Chris that I knew.”
