Here is what is to be expected, on the completion of Madison Square Garden:

MADISON SQUARE GARDEN RENOVATION FACT SHEET

 Comprehensive, top-to-bottom transformation; significantly enhanced experience for customers, athletes, entertainers, fans and partners

 Renovation to include:

o Upgrade of the MSG experience, from the first seat to the last
o Beautiful new entrance which doubles in size and features interactive kiosks, retail, climate controlled space, and broadcast studio
o Public concourses doubling and tripling in size, some with spectacular city views
o Wide selection of food and beverage options, including Blue Seat Bar, Party Deck and Bridge, all which open directly to the arena bowl
o Larger, more comfortable seats
o Improved upper bowl sightlines that put patrons 17.5 degrees closer to the action
o State-of-the-art lighting, sound and LED video systems in HDTV
o Improved dressing rooms, locker rooms, green rooms, and production offices
o Additional bathrooms
o Building will be fully ADA compliant
o Homage to MSG’s storied history
o Maintaining intimacy of the arena bowl and MSG’s world famous ceiling
o Corporate offerings which include: 58 Lower Level suites that will be 40% larger and half the distance to events and include seats in the arena bowl and 20 Event Level Suites that offer a lounge/entertaining atmosphere
o Increased partner opportunities
 Project will generate thousands of construction jobs

 Renovation will be paid for in its entirety by Madison Square Garden

 Timeline: lower bowl expected to be ready for the 2011-2012 seasons and upper bowl for the 2012-2013 seasons

o Renovation will be done in phases with the majority done in the summer months to minimize disruptions
o Building will remain operational throughout the NHL and NBA seasons
