John Cena Nominated for Kids’ Choice Awards UK

Current WWE Champ John Cena has been nominated by UK Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in for Best Sports Personality. Nickelodeon is the number one kids program in the United Kingdom.

Cena “It’s a great feeling to be nominated. There are a lot of people who have different views on what I do – my set of ethics, my set of morals. I’m one of those guys who knows I’m in a position where I’m being watched, by all sorts of media, by all sorts of people. I do whatever I can to send whatever message I can to the youth,? Cena explained.

“That’s why I go around with words like ‘Hustle. Loyalty. Respect.’ On my chest. That’s why when I go into the ring, I do it for reasons I think are right,? Cena said. “To be nominated for a Kids’ Choice Award, to show that not only are the youth watching, but the youth are understanding the message I’m sending, that’s one of the greatest forms of flattery you can have.?

Cena has some tough competition going against soccer great David Beckham and Formula One racer Lewis Hamilton and distance runner and gold medalist Dame Kelly.
