John Cena at U.K. Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards - Photos

LONDON – Cena has gone green, thanks to his appearance at the U.K. Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday. The Raw Superstar presented the awards for Favorite Female Film Star and Favorite Baddie, but did not escape the master of slime, Kids Choice Awards host, Dannii Minogue. (PHOTOS)

After performing what can best be described as an out-of-key song for X-Factor judge Minogue, the thousands of screaming kids in the audience showered Cena with their appreciation. After receiving a serious sliming, Cena has joined likes of Harrison Ford, Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz – celebrities who have been slimed at Nickelodeon’s premier awards events.

Cena was nominated for the Favorite Sportsperson Award at the U.K. event, but the WWE Superstar lost to soccer legend David Beckham. Randy Orton, who was nominated for the Favorite Baddie Award, was bested by uber-bad guy, American Idol host Simon Cowell.

The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards will broadcast on Nickelodeon in the U.K. this Saturday at 11 a.m. GMT
