Hulk Gets Clotheslined!
We reported late last night that Linda Bollea had filed for divorce. Apparently the Hulkster knew nothing about it! A St. Petersburg Times reporter called the Hulkster and asked for a comment about the divorce, Hogan said, “Thank you for the great information” and hung up the phone.
According to the reporter he called back around five minutes later.
“I’m kind of shocked,” he said. “You caught me off-guard. My wife has been in California for about three weeks. … Holy smokes. Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me. … I just pulled over to the side of the road for five minutes to find out what was going on here.”
Hulk and Linda have had problems before - problems that were aired on their VH1 television show, but the two did go to counseling in order to work on their problems and seemed to have worked things out. Now, however, it looks like the 23 year marriage of the Hulkster will be ending.
Some believe that it is all a set-up. They think that the two contrived to go through divorce in order to have fewer assets for the Graziano family to sue. Says one fan, “Hulk tells Linda: divorce me - I’ll take 20 million, you take 20 million, that way the Graziano family will have only 20 million to sue instead of 40 million.”
As for me, I don’t think that the money is an issue. They had well-publicised problems before this, so I think it’s highly doubtful that the two are divorcing merely because of the money. I would be interested, however, to know if they had a prenup. With as long ago as they got married, I highly doubt it.

I may have mentioned this, Scooter; I worked with the WWE for a few years. This has GOT to be the classic “Oh, S***!” situation. Thoughts & prayers to Linda & Terry.
