Former WWE Writer Describes Stephanie McMahon As An “Horrible Boss”
Former WWE Writer ‘ Chris Gough will unveil his pro wrestling documentary, K.C. On The Mat: The History of Professional Wrestling in Kansas City at Memorial Hall Thursday night on April 23.
A week later, on April 28, the documentary will air on Metro Sports at 7 p.m. Here’s a sneak peek.
Gough has seen the inner-workings of professional wrestling’s biggest traveling circus — World Wrestling Entertainment’s Monday Night Raw. As a creative writer for WWE’s Raw, Gough flew from city to city on a private jet with wrestling’s elite: WWE owner Vince McMahon, his daughter Stephanie McMahon, champion Triple H, announcer Jim Ross and other story line writers.
A falling out with Stephanie McMahon in 2003 led to a choice: resign or be fired. Gough didn’t elaborate on his departure other than saying, “Stephanie McMahon is a horrible boss.” You can read the full article here.
