Eugene.. Reason for Release..

Nick “Eugene” Dinsmore had tested positive for pain killers. This is Dinsmore second time for this offense. The first time was days after Eddie Guererro had passed away.
Dinsmore had either expired on his pain meds or had no justification for why he was on such drugs.
On September 1st on a taping of Smackdown/ECW Eugene was immediately notified of his release and escorted out of the arena.
Later that night Stephanie McMahon-Levesque has a meeting notifying the changes in the Wellness Policy.
