Dispute over Benoit’s Estate

There is a Huge fued going on between the two families. Who will get the cash? Who will get the millions from WWE Superstar Chris Benoits estate? Will Chris’s two son’s from previous marriage, inherit the estate or the Toffolinis Nancy’s parents.

The only answer to this question, who died first? Nancy or Daniel?

Nor Chris or Nancy left any will. The death order will take its toll.

Maureen Toffoloni, Nancy mother had lawyers draw up a petition for the lawyers to determine the order of death, this could greatly effect the sole heir to the Benoit estate.
