WWE-Judgement Day 2008…My Thoughts
Sunday, May 18th, 2008With tonight’s event ready to go, who will prevail. Already seems like just had a pay per view and a whole lotta A@# was getting kicked. well my thoughts don’t mean much but i am going to give my two cents anyways…

WWE Champion Triple H vs. Randy Orton (Steel Cage Match)
With Triple H holding the crowned WWE title, Orton is set to have another shot at the title. Triple H is not going to let the title go just yet. Expect this match to go forth into the next pay per view. Triple H is goingot hold the title, hell he just go it!

WWE Tag Team Champions The Miz & John Morrison vs. ECW Champion Kane & CM Punk
Will Punk use his Money in the Bank Shot at Judgement Day? My guess I would say not, but hell you never know on WWE’s part. With what is giving on his duo, Kane and Punk just might pull this one off. I am going to say Punk and Kane will win the tag titles.

Undertaker vs. Edge (World Heavyweight Championship Match)
Okay since when did the WWE start banning illegal choke-holds in wrestling. I won’t get into detail with this one, cause I could go all day. This storyline has been dragging around too damn long. Undertaker what will he be stripped next. Edge either being good, bad or evil he does a great job. but I would like to see Edge fight …ummm…eerrr wrestle someone else besides Undertaker. How about taking on both the Edge-Heads. Some how I fell Vickie, GM manager will give Edge the upper hand, but i think Taker will over come the obstacles. Winner indertaker.

Women’s Champion Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix vs. Melina (Triple Threat Match)
Well this T & A Matinee will sure bring excitement. But Beth being the dominant force in the woman’s division and Melina being the woman that just loves to fight. Mickie James , this spunky girl has lots of talents to hold the Womans title and believed to still be holding the title after the match too.

JBL vs. John Cena
Why in the hell is John Cena fighting JBL. Son-of- B#TCH. Cena just all of a sudden was not in the run for the WWE title and got booted down to JBL level. don’t get me wrong JBL is an great wrestler, but Cena was champ no he is not even in run for the title. Cena will probably get the win by some form of DQ, JBL will make sure that Cena will get his. Probably running event into the next pay per view.

Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels
Shawn Michaels was in desperate need of an inviting to this pay per view and Jericho was the calling. This match outta be historic but in the outcome ordeal, expect the unexpected. I can’t see this saga just getting started already finishing at this event. Who is missing from this picture. Hell I know…. how about BATISTA… no that would make this interesting now would it..this saga will continue……………….
RAW Results 5/12 - Cena Returns - New Judgement Day Match
Tuesday, May 13th, 2008Raw starts out pitch black. When the lights come on, Regal is standing in the middle of the ring and Jillian is singing “God Save the Queen?. Regal throws out two people for disrespecting the queen. Mickit James confronts Regal, and he, in turn, threatens to strip her of the Woman’s Championship Belt.
Cena comes out to tell Regal that fans are fed up with him turning out the lights. Regal then makes it Cena VS Orton, and if anyone interferes, that person is immediately suspended.
Rowdy Roddy Piper comes to RAW! He enters into the arena and sits down at the announcers booth for the match.
Match #1: Santino Marella and Carlito VS Hardcore Holly and Cody Rhodes
Marella antagonizes Hot Rod through the ropes and Cody kicks marella in the stomach and nails him with the DDT for the win.
WINNER: Cody Rhodes and Hardcore Holly
Match #2: Mr. Kennedy VS Snitsky
Kennedy hits the mic check on Snitsky for the 1-2-3.
WINNER: Mr. Kennedy
Mickie James asks Cena if he’d like to go out after Raw, and he replied that he was a party animal and wanted to know if she could keep up. She said she could.
Match #3: Diva Tag Match – Melina and Beth Phoenix VS Maria and Mickie James
Glamazon walks off and deserts Melina, who had knocked her off of the ropes by accident. Mickie hits a neckbreaker on Melina for the iwn.
WINNER: Maria and Mickie James
Y2J says that his knee injury is real, whereas HBK says that it is fake. Chris thinks HBK is playing mind games and Michaels super kicks Y2J out cold.
Jeff Hardy RETURNS.
Jeff says he made a mistake and that he paid for it. Out comes Regal, who says that he has to get punished for his sins by going against “U-man-gah?.
Match #4: Jeff Hardy VS Umaga
Hardy hits Umaga with a Whisper in the Wind
WINNER: Jeff Hardy
Match #5: Chryme Tyme VS Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch
Murdoch with a roll up and a leg lock on JTG.
WINNER: Cade and Murdoch
Murdoch sings “know when to hold ‘em? after the win and Cade attacks Murdoch with a huge right hand.
New Judgement Day Match – Shawn Michaels VS Chris Jericho.
Match #6: Randy Orton VS John Cena
Regal makes JBL the official ref in the match.
Cena beats JBL out of the ring and gets Orton up for the FU. JBL kicks Cena and Orton lands on top for a quick count by JBL.
All hell breaks loose as Triple H comes out. Cena runs after JBL, while Orton and HHH are battling in the ring. A steel cage
suddenly descends from the ceiling, closing both Orton and HHH in it. HHH throws Orton to the edge of the cage and he falls out.
HHH scales the steel cage looking down on Orton as Raw goes off the air.

WWE Tag Team Champions The Miz & John Morrison vs. ECW Champion Kane & CM Punk

JBL vs. John Cena

Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels
- Jim Ross has posted up his thoughts, here are a few that follows:
It’s hard to believe that Owen Hart would have been 43 years of age this week. Owen was one of the really good guys in the business. The youngest of Stu and Helen Hart’s children was funny, witty, an excellent wrestler, wasn’t a cry baby and never whined.
The Mrs. and I received a fantastic, signed poster from Dwayne Johnson, the Rock, this week to frame and hang in J.R.’s Family Bar-B-Q #2 when it opens in June in Moore, Oklahoma.
I will spend two long nights this week doing voice overs for the next THQ/WWE video game, which will be out this fall.
The Legends Video game that will be out in 2009 is an idea I love (we all love our own ideas) and I can’t wait to see how that one materializes. I am anxious to see it come together and be able to match the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time, the Honkytonk Man, versus his cousin, Jerry “the King” Lawler…..two of the best in ring performers of any era. WWE Champion Triple H vs. Randy Orton in a Steel Cage Match
Like a pair of runaway tractor trailers mowing down barriers toward a head-on collision, Triple H and Randy Orton have trampled over obstacles for months to finally clash in a WWE Championship Steel Cage Match at the crossroads of Judgment Day as learned in an exclusive WWE.com video. (WATCH)
The Game leveraged his smarts and stamina at Backlash to roll through the gauntlet of JBL, John Cena and Randy Orton during a vicious WWE Championship Fatal Four Way Match to capture his 12th World Championship.
The following night, the Legend Killer could scarcely wait to confront the man who took from him that which he holds most dear—the WWE Championship. Orton invoked his rematch clause in the hopes of regaining the title before his waist had a chance to grow cold.
Alas, before the main event match could reach a conclusion, an irate William Regal pulled the plug on the audio and video; the Raw General Manager was incensed after Mr. Kennedy ruined his King of the Ring coronation ceremony. Before he wrecked the match ending, however, Regal did manage to arrange the rematch between the rivals inside a 15-foot high steel entrapment.
Despite the inconclusive finale to their WWE Championship Match on Raw, Triple H will nonetheless carry the title into Judgment Day. As he and Orton travel the highway toward their next rematch, who among the two will emerge as the WWE Champion, and who will emerge as roadkill?
