Man are those fine people over at Titan Towers relentless or what? WWE attempted but failed to put a stop to the Ultimate Warrior’s autograph signing in Long Island NJ.

WWE felt the venue of Warrior’s signing was in too close proximity to the venue for the Great American Bash PPV which will be held later today and that Warrior was trying to affiliate himself with the WWE for the signing.

The cease and desist letter that was posted at the venue of the signing reads:

We understand that Warrior has scheduled a public autograph appearance on July 20th, 2008 at the Unionstown New York Marriott. Not so concidentally, this is next door to the Nassau Colisseum where WWE’s “Great American Bash” pay-per-vier event will take place that same day. Although Warrior could have selected any date and any venue in the country for what is being described as his “very first public autograph appearance,” he conspicuously chose the day of, and next door to,a WWE pay-per-view event.

To make matters worse, www.warriorcentral.net (nice to see you folks keep checking in) is advertising that Warrior will be appearing in “full ring attire” and posing for photographs “with his black WWF Championship Belt”–A further attempt to falsely link his appearance to the WWE. It, therefore, is apparant that Warrior is attempting to exploit and trade on the goodwill and popularity of the WWE brand for his own commercial benefit.

Such false and/or misleading advertising is likely to create consumer confusion as to WWE’s affiliation, sponsorship and/or approval of Warrior’s activities. This constitutes, among other things, unfair competition and trademark d——– under federal and state law. Accordinly, we demand that Warrior cease and desist from any efforts to exploit or trade on the goodwill or popularity of the valuable WWE brand. We further request your advice whether the “black WWE Championship Belt” with which Warrior intends to appear is the original belt that he was given by the WWE. As you may know, a wrestling promotion’s championship belt has been found to be protectable intellectual property. Thus, to the extent that Warrior is using an original WWE championship belt to promote his own commercial activities, such use independantly co——- trademark infringment and unfair competition.

Please confirm that no later than July 16th 2008 that your client will fully comply with te terms of this letter. Thamk you for your anticipated cooperation.

This bout has just begun between The Game and The Rated R superstar. Don’t think thi si sjust goingto end at just one pay per view. I expect this fued between these two to last at least a month or two. Even having a third join in the fun. Maybe the Undertaker…???? I pick Thriple to hold his belt after this event.

Batista has just come to Raw and making noise to become the new heavy weight champ. CM Punk seems to think other wise. Right as we speak I believe WWE is happy to have CM Punk as Champ right now. The crowd loves him and will glad to pay to see him. This fight between The Animal and Razor-Edge Superstar will be th eone to watch. High fyling and power all in one match. I think CM punk will hold the title he just got only a few weeks ago.

Okay with Tony Atlas in the “worlds strongest man” corner, you gonna tell me Tommy Dreamer is going to win. Mark Henry will reain the gold for ECW Champ.

This match could go any which way but loose. The Miz and Morrison are great Tag champs but I think their reign of title holders are about over. We are in need of new tag champs. Could the Edge-Heads, Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder be happy carring WWE gold? Finlay & Hornswoggle, all they want to do if fight as the Irish love to do. could Jesse & Festus be ready for a giant push in the WWE yet. Well this 4 way will have its promises , but with what is goingot happen I think The Miz and Morrison will retain the belts and fight another day and lose the battle.

This match is not about who is going to win and who is going to lose. This match is all about who “will survive”. Think on who will receive the least amount of cuts and/ or bruises. John Cena and JBl will be introduced into the worst Parking Violations money can buy. The money you , the WWE Fans will pay to see this bout. John Cena will arrise victor in this fight.

With Chris Jericho turning heel, every fan in the arena is counting for Shawn Michaels. HBK having his new protégé Lance Cade, WTF. Where the hell did Cade come into the picture here people. With this bit of info coming into the picture, I think HBK will be come victorious with the aid of Cade..?? kind of a bad analogy, but what else is Cade going to do with Michaels.

My long time broadcast partner, Jerry Lawler, and I will be appearing at an autograph/photo op appearance on Saturday July 19 from 4-6 p.m. at Franklin Square on Long Island the night before the Great American Bash. -phillyBurbs.com-For the third time since the WWE resurrected The Great American Bash, Batista will challenge for the WWE world heavyweight championship. Batista will try and do what was unable to do twice and win WWE gold on the grand summer stage.

Batista won a Fatal Four-Way match last night on RAW over Kane, John Cena, and JBL for the right to challenge CM Punk for the title at the Bash. Batista pinned Kane to win the match. The new match is a change from the expected Punk vs. JBL vs. John Cena match that had been the rumored main-event. -When Dwayne Johnson was in WWE, I will openly say that he was one of my favourite wrestlers.

Better known as The Rock, Johnson, the third generation star, caught my eye from the very beginning. Even as the “Blue Chipper,” I had a feeling there was a lot of potential for the man with so much lineage in the business. 7/7/08 - Rey Mysterio vs. Santino Marella

Raw opens with Vickie Guerrero sitting in the middle of the ring in a wheelchair. CM Punk walks down to the ring, and Vickie says that Edge’s demise was due to CM Punk beating Edge, the same way Edge did to the Undertaker. CM Punk says that Vickie could marry any of the roster, even the Great Khali!

Vickie stands up and slaps him. Punk tells Vickie that she’s got a one way ticket back to Smackdown.

JBL runs out and says that he should be champ and challenges Punk to a match.

Cena comes out and tells JBL that we don’t play the “blame game” on Raw, and to go back where he’s from. JBL says that since there is no McMahon there tonight, it will be Cena VS JBL for the #1 Contendership for the next PPV against CM Punk.

Batista comes out and says that he wants a piece of Punk. Cena changes the match to a triple threat match for the contendership at the Great American Bash.

Kane comes down and says that he wants to get in as well, so CM Punk proposes a “Fatal Four Way”.

Match #1: Mysterio VS Santino Marella

Ray hits a 619 on Marella then to the top rope for a spash and the pin.

WINNER: Mysterio

CM Punk is asked by Michael Grissom as to who he would favor to go against at GAB. Lighting falls in front of hte camera and Snitsky confronts Punk. CM Punk makes a match against Snitsky to prove that his win is not a fluke.

Match #2: Layla and Jillian Hall VS Kelly Kelly and Mickie James

Jerry the king Lawler says Kelly Kelly is like a museum “touch with your eyes and not your hands!”

Kelly Kelly sits on Jilians shoulders and crouches down for a victory roll.

WINNER: Mickie James and Kelly Kelly

JBL’s limo arrives. The doors lock and JBL looks puzzled. Cena comes out of the back of the limo and says that the limo won’t pass inspection, but that he knows two guys who can fix cars quick - Chryme Type comes out from the limo. Cryme Tyme smashes the mirror with a bat and smash a hole in the windshield, destroying the limo (and writing “JBL is Poopy” in orange spray paint) on the limo.

Match #3: CM Punk VS Snitsky

HBK comes out and says that he accepts the match against Jericho at GAB.

Batista will face CM Punk at the Great American Bash

Kane flips out and attacks the stage crew. He grabs Michael Cole for a choke slam and Lawler attacks Kane from behind to try to save Cole. Kane winds upattacking Jerry and leaving him helpless in the ring as the evening ends.

-Last night on Smackdown, was the first ever match made for this years Great Amercian Bash. Triple H will be taking on Edge for the WWE Title.

-Candice Michelle has got an update on WWE Fan Nation website. Talking about the beginning of her first injury of her clavicle at Wrestlemania and then re-injuring it 14 weeks ago. Her is says she botched her match, got injured and then proceeded to finish her match when reinjuring her clavicle. Read on Candice’s update here….

-World Wrestling Entertainment has many superstars, but only one man can call himself the MVP.

Montel Vontavious Porter, that is.

One of the WWE’s most popular “heels” (or villains, for the uninitiated), the brash, cocky MVP, 34, will be among the wrestlers taking to the ring Sunday when the WWE comes to the Pensacola Civic Center.

A Florida native, MVP (real name Alvin Burke Jr.) says he’s looking forward to returning to his home state for Sunday’s show. “Florida’s my home state, so anytime I get the chance to come to Florida it’s a bit of a homecoming,” he said.

The WWE just went through its draft, which saw many wrestlers switch divisions between its two main groups, Smackdown and Raw. When MVP spoke to the News Journal over the phone (while having his hair braided), the card for Sunday’s match hadn’t even been finalized. The Ultimate Warrior is going to be having his first signing in New York at the Uniondale Marriott (Skylight Room), next door to the Nassau Coliseum. The same day WWE is having the Great American Bash.

Here is the press release:

On Sunday July 20th 2008, The Ultimate Warrior will be making his very first ever
public autograph appearance IN FULL RING ATTIRE. The event will take place at
the Uniondale Marriott (Skylight Room) in New York next door to the Nassau
Coliseum.

There will be photo opportunities with Warrior available with his black
WWF Championship Belt, new Ultimate Warrior merchandise including t-shirts
and all new Ultimate Warrior classic 8×10 and 16×20 photos.

This event will kick off about 1:00pm Sunday with photo opportunities from
1:00pm-2:00pm. The signing will take place from 2:00pm - ??. Pre-orders are
strongly recommended as The Great American Bash will be taking place later
that evening and a heavy volume of fans is expected.

-Vince McMahon along with, son-in-law, Triple H, Maria and John Cena were at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square to promote McMahon’s Million Dollar Mania give-away. During a few interviews with the winners of the first give-away, WWE called them prior to Raw’s opening show. To let them know that they were chosen and to be tuned into the shwo and waiting for their call. Thus being said makes the winners look a little out of place considering their reactions on the phone.

WWE officials were not happy with the ratings that WWE brought in considering the Million Dollar give-away. McMahon looking a little out of place himself. Next week’s give-away is being said it will be fun and more entertaining to the people.

Cause I think Vince needs a “good guy” at this moment. I am not saying Rhodes is a scapegoat, I am saying Rhodes is what TRUE wrestling is all about, HEART, BLOOD, SWEAT and TEARS.

Michelle is an up and rising start to the WWE. But I see maybe just one or more Divas getting into the ring on this one. Too many Divas up for Domination. Wreslters to Win: DRAW

Even thou Morrison (was Nitro) is a good wrestler but needs to improve on fluentcy in his wrestling moves. Wrestler to Win: CM Punk. Punk has risen throught the ranks way passed Morrison and his wrestling skills are awesome, plus the fans love to watch this pepsi wearing logo man at his finest.

Both men Cena and Lashley have the abilities and power. Lashley has the size and sure strenght from his military background. Cena on the other hand has great in-ring abilities, knowledge of wrestlers and their talents. He is like a 007 wrestler to which he can use his opponents size and abilities against them. Wrestler to win: NEITHER
Due you actually think Vince is going to let these two men settle this kind of a match at one PPV event. Come on now this is great PR. This could actually go throught at least 2 or even 3 pay-par views

Wow these awesome three men all in the same ring. man I gotta get pics of this. Khali is frikkin huge but a little on the slow mark, this not meeting I would personally like to meet this man in the ring is a HELL NO. You know what I know, Wrestler to Win: The Great Khali, give this man credit he is big and very strong but like JBL and Michael Cole said who is the one athlete that will conquer the Great Khali.

Chavo Geurerro will be taking on four other competetors. Jimmy Wang Yang, Jamie Nobel, Funaki and Shannon Moore. These high fliers will surely add some excitement to the Bash. Chavo has go this hands full with these talented men of the WWE. No one is safe from a Guererro whn it come to wrestling action. Wrestler to win: Jimmy Wang Yang, Yang has awesome abilities in the ring, with the Holy SH*T meter reading off the charts. Yang brings the fans to their feet with what he has to “bring to the ring” attitude.
