Rey Mysterio Injured in Chile
Thursday, February 14th, 2008
WWE Press release regarding on Rey’s accident in Santiaga, Chile:
Rey Mysterio’s quest to regain the World Championship may have suffered a severe setback in Santiago, Chile, on Wednesday night.
The injury occurred during Wednesday’s live event at Arena Santiago, where Mysterio teamed with Kane against Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins. During the tag contest, Rey suffered an apparent injury to his right arm – specifically his bicep. Clearly in pain, the Master of the 619 gutted it out and finished the match, then was quickly examined by WWE athletic trainer Jason Crivello upon leaving the ring.
Mysterio flew back to the United States late Wednesday night, and is currently in Gulf Breeze, Fla., waiting to meet with world-renowned surgeon Dr. James Andrews, who will determine the extent of the injury. Regardless of Dr. Andrews’ findings, Mysterio has his heart set on competing this Sunday night at No Way Out, where he is scheduled to face Edge for the World Championship.

Rey on the top now and gets shoved off the ropes to the outside apron. He gets back up and climbs the ropes, and springboards a hurricanrada from the top ropes and connects on MVP who flips into the ring as a result.

Rey steps to the outside apron and follows with a running hurricanrada on MVP.
The referee counts both men down. Rey gets back in and MVP intentionally stays outside getting himself counted out.

/center>Vis tagged in now and Kane slaps on a choke but Vis breaks it and hits a Seated Two handed choke slam. Two count only thanks to Punk breaking it up.

Punk then springboards into the ring onto Vis who catches him and drops him into a big Samoan Drop and covers him quickly for the pinfall and the victory.
Winners: Big Daddy V and Mark Henry
Kennedy comes to the ring and does his MMIIISSSTTTEEERRRRRR KKEEENNNNNNEEEDDDDDYYYYYYY speal. Shawn Michaels then struts his stuff down and into the ring.

Kennedy is visibly shaken now thanks to the kick out. He goes for a Reverse Russian Legsweep but HBK hangs onto the ropes and Kennedy falls to his back. Shawn then delivers a Superkick out of nowhere when he gets to his feet, immediately covers him and scores the three count.
Winner: HBK, Shawn Michaels

Showing much respect to each other before the match continues.

Jeff hits a mule kick followed by the slingshot dropkick in the corner. He climbs the ropes and misses the Swanton Bomb. Hunter quickly goes for a pin, but Jeff kicks out. Triple H hits a big-time spine buster, and tries to set up the Pedigree. Jeff counters with a double leg takedown and leaps over immediately into a bridge…1….2….3

Bell rings and Finlay gets right in Khali’s face. Khali shoves him down and Finlay goes to work on the legs with kicks.

Armageddon..My Thoughts
Saturday, December 15th, 2007
Triple H vs. Jeff Hardy
For Jeff this is an opportunity of a lifetime to go one on one with King of Kings, Triple H. For Triple H this is just stepping stone to get the WWE title back in his grasps. Winner of this match has got a shot at the WWE title at Royal Rumble. Just for my sake I would love to see Jeff win this match to go after the WWE title. Hardy has earned his strips. For Triple H time is money and seems that “The Game? has other aspects on his mine, especially when it comes to Stephanie McMahon (Levesque). I see Hardy winning this over a DQ. Vince has something big in store for Triple H when his daughter “kissed? him…?smile?

ECW Champion CM Punk & Kane vs. Big Daddy V & Mark Henry
Well what can you say? You got three bohemian giants with one little CM Punk. One of the giants in non other that Kane. This match should be a great match. Big Daddy V can wrestle with the best of them. Mark Henry has raw power. Kane shows strength and agility with CM Punks quickness and versatility. My predict to win is CM Punk and Kane. Even thou V and Henry are the powerhouses expect the un-expected.

Shawn Michaels vs. Mr. Kennedy
Shawn Michaels was busy with Orton, but Orton has his hands full tonight. Mr. Kennedy is waiting for his huge push and I think Armageddon is the place where it at. Mr. Kennedy will win by disqualification, since HBK is full of surprises.

Finlay vs. The Great Khali
This match appeared out of nowhere. Last pay per view Khali went against Batista. Now he is fighting the Irishman Finlay. Guess Finlay needed to be in a pay per view to get the “high “value for his money. If Kahli doesn’t win this match then something is wrong.

Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix
Mickie James has the ability and the talent, but I don’t see this happening. With the “kiss if death? waiting for is to happen and god I hope it does this is shake the crowd. Beth has the raw strength to win and the talent but I believe the match will be a draw.

MVP vs. Rey Mysterio (U.S. Championship)
MVP has had the title long enough and it is time. Time for Rey to be wearing some gold. Mysterio is long over due to be wearing gold around his waists. Since Matt Hardy out on the injured list due to and appendicitis. Hardy has been out for about a month now…HHHHMMMMMMMMM????!!!!!!!!!…maybe???!!!

Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho (WWE Championship)
This is way too early for Y2J to be wearing heavyweight gold. With Jericho back and him needing his glory Orton will put a kybosh to that. HBK hasn’t finished yet with Orton. I expect more too come with this match id just the beginning. Orton will win in a DQ.

Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship
This is going to be one hell of a match. Expect all the bells and whistles to come out for this one. But if I had to choose a winner I will pick, Batista all the way baby.
Batista Loses Belt at Survivor Series??
Wednesday, October 31st, 2007WWE producer of poster INDemand, released an Armageddon poster for December’s pay per view which features Batista standing in front of a destroyed city holding his world heavyweight belt.

WWE has now sinced re-released this poster instead of Batista holing his heavyweight belt , he is holding a gas mask.
Just recently announced that Batista will take on The Undertaker at this month’s pay per veiw at Survivor Series, in a Hell in a Cell match. Could this be that Batista will lose his belt to The Undertaker at Survivor Series going into Armageddon.
