The Hulkster has rebuttled with his own paperwork about the divorce against Linda. He has said that he believes that both and and Linda are able to support themselves and that there should be no need for the money accrued to be divided. He also says that he believes that Nick is old enough to make his own decision about who he should live with, but that he feels the best thing for Nick would be to be raised by both parents.

Hours before the infamous crash involving Nick and his friend John Graziano, Hulk, Nick, John, and friends took a “booze cruise” according to perezhilton.com. If you look closely, you can pick out Nick’s friend John Graziano on the boat just hours before his fatal crash.

According to the sptimes.com, the Floridian police have released the fact that Nick was driving his vehicle around 100 mph. Included in the 130 pages of documents was an interview with Barrett Lawrance, a close friend of Bollea’s and the passenger in a silver Dodge Viper. Lawrance told police the Viper, driven by his friend Daniel Jacobs, was traveling around 100 mph at the time of the accident. The speed limit on Court Street where the car crashed is 40 mph.

Here is some new information that was released during the time of the incident:

A receipt from Albertson’s Liquor Store at 2:14 p.m. on the day of the accident for $78 of beer and ice. A clerk, June Hoopingarer, said Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, bought the beer and was accompanied by his son and several other young men.
Jacobs told police that he and Nick Bollea often “get on it,” which means they drive fast between traffic lights. He also said he is employed by Bollea’s mother, Linda Bollea, as her business manager.

Jacobs didn’t consent to having his blood drawn by police because he was afraid the test results would show marijuana in his system.

Bollea’s attorney, Kevin Hayslett, was at the hospital after the crash. Hayslett said his client refused to voluntarily submit to having his blood drawn, but it was taken.

At the hospital, Bollea told police he was traveling 30 or 40 mph. He also told police he didn’t know what road he was traveling on or what direction. His speech was “mumbled and soft” and his eyes bloodshot, according to Todd Turpack, a Clearwater police investigator who wrote the original report.

Jacobs drove to the Bollea home to tell Hogan about the wreck, according to a supplemental report. Hogan arrived at the scene about 10 to 15 minutes after the crash in a black Mercedes.

This is Scooter’s wife, Randi - I’m the one reading and doing the review on Bret Hart’s autobiography. Scooter will be reading it too, but it takes him a lot longer to get through a book than it does me (the man is always busy!). Anyway, I figured I’d give a partial review because it’s going to take me awhile to get through the book.

DISCLAIMER: I am a wrestling fan - there are some wrestlers that I love, and some that I don’t. I will be honest and say that I don’t know all of the finishing moves and I also don’t know who every single wrestler has been since the beginning of time, but I do know a lot about the world of wrestling from my research and I had absolutely NO strong feelings either way about Bret Hart going into the reading of this book, so this is a thoroughly impartial review

Let’s stat with how big this book is. I am a very avid reader and usually have a book finished in less then three days. I started reading this on Monday, however, and I am only a quarter of the way through it. This book tricks you, because it is 553 pages long, which is a respectable amount for any book to be, but the words are so tiny that, should the print have been normal sized, the book would have easily reached over 1,000 pages. I can only guess that the publishers figured people wouldn’t buy the book if it was that long, so they made the print smaller to compensate.

In the beginning, Bret gives readers a very good look into what life in the Hart household is like. He talks about not being able to get any homework done because of the noise, and of Stu throwing one of his kids down the stairs when he started a fire in the attic. He talks about how he got to go to his first wrestling match when he was 4, and how his first job was handing out programs.

WWE is trying to land huge names for the 3-hour, WWE 15th Anniversray Special on Dec. 10.

WWE has been trying to land Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. The Rock being that he is a fortified actor and not going back to having a wrestling career. Johnson would feel that on a WWE special would hurt his acting image.

WWE.com has got an spot on the website call “Then and Now”.

They are calling situations from 14 years ago such as current (Now) WWE Champ Randy Orton to (Then) WWE Champ Bret Hart.

Such as (Now) President George Bush, (Then) President George H. W. Bush.

The price of milk (Now) $3.50 per gallon, (Then) $2.46 per gallon.

The most talk scandals (Then) Wakko Michael Jackson, (Now) Britney Spears, ( god rumored she is knocked up again, please save_us)

By WWE standards, the shit has definalty hit the fan.

God Jericho, PLEEAASSSEEEE save us from todays’ standards and from Randy Orton.

Hulk trucked up to the Sony Studios to where American Gladiators is starting to be filmed and gave a shout out to the writers that are on strike. Writers were picketing outside the studio.

Apparently American Gladiators is not really a hit. Since NBC was busing in students for audience appearance and NBC paying the schools $10 a student to attend.

Hulk Hogan has issued this statement through his agent Darren Prince:

“Please respect my family’s privacy at this time with all that we have been through. I care for my wife and my children are my world and I just hope this all works out.”

It has also been discovered that Linda is going for half of everything the Hulkster owns. The marital assets that need to be equitably divided include the nearly 17,000-square-foot mansion in Belleair where the family lives and a 3,474-square-foot home on Clearwater Beach. Pinellas County records place the market value of the Belleair mansion at more than $7.2 million and the Clearwater house at more than $2.2 million. The Bolleas also have a condominium under construction in Las Vegas.

And not only that, but Linda is also looking to get alimony and child support for Nick! And speaking of Nick…

Eyewitness to Nick’s car Crash said he was driving the yellow Supra. One describer recalls the night, “The yellow car … he, he lost control of the car. It flipped over and everything.”

Ric Flair signed a three year contract with WWE. The current storyline with conclude at Wrestlemania. Flair will be fully employeed with WWE even after his retirement.

Carlito has asked for his release. He was not happy with WWE ever since he wasn’t on the Survivor Series card. He is currently not happy with the up and running storyline that is being portrayed.

Carlito will finish out this year. Carlito is booked for a big Three Kings Day show in Puerto Rico for WWC on 1/6. AAA in Mexico is also attempting to book Carlito as well.

Today Shawn Michaels dvd: Heartbreak and Triumph is available for purchase. But for some reason I have a little DAMN problem about this. A couple of weeks ago WWE.com had an interview with Bret “Hitman” Hart about the Montreal Screwjob. Bret poured out what I believe his heart to the wrestling fans. WWE put up what if… this never happened ( trying to say I am sorry Bret). Yeah right just a kick in the face if you ask me.

Well last night on Raw, I saw the add for the Michaels’ dvd and low and behold the Montreal Screwjob came up in bold letters on the tv screen. Well for Vince if you put 1+1 does equal to 3 don’t it. Vince always has something up his sleeve even if it means trying to make a “dis-honest” buck.

Did the WWE have a heart felt warmth to Bret Hart or was it WWE’s way of hitting the Montreal Screwjob up for Michaels new dvd that came out ….just for a promotinal deal.

RAW – Live from Charlotte, North Caroline

The show starts with a recap of Raw Is Jericho.

Match #1: Triple H and Jeff hardy VS Umaga and Snitsky.

Jeff does a twist of fate so noted: Whisper in the Wind on Umaga, followed by a pedigree by Triple H. A Hardy Swan-ton off the top rope onto Umaga for the 1-2-3.

WINNER: HHH and Jeff Hardy

Great match and Regal comes down and says that the two of them will be facing each other at Armegeddon.

Flair comes down to the ring for his “big announcement�?. He had tears talking about how good the fans have been to him and says that, one day, he’s going to have to retire. But then he looks up and screams, “I will never retire! I love this business, and I’m not going anywhere. I won’t quit until I die in this ring.�?

Vince comes out and says that he can stay in the business as long as he keeps winning. The first match that Flair loses will be his last wrestling match ever. Orton comes out and says that he’s going to kill another legend tonight.

Match #2: Cody Rhodes, Hardcore Holly, Jim Duggan and Super crazy VS Lance Cade, Trevor Murdoch, and The Highlanders

Hardcore Holly gets the Alabama Slammer on Robbie.

WINNER: Rhodes, Holly, Duggan and SuperCrazy

Mr. Kennedy plugs the new HBK DVD and Flair talks to Barry Windham about a four horseman reunion.

Jericho comes out and tells Orton, in pictures as well as words, that he wants a title match. Marella comes down to talk to “KYJ�? and says that he doesn’t deserve a title match. Marella attacks Jerry Lawler during his “warm up�? session for a match against Jericho.

Match #3: Chris Jericho VS Santino Marella

Pretty good match – Jericho looked a bit slow, but he manages to win using his new finisher, the Code Breaker - a bit difficult to explain…I’ll try to find a video at some point so you can see it.

WINNER: Chris Jericho

After the match Jericho lets Jerry get into the ring and beat up on Marella a bit.

Match #4: Mr. Kennedy VS. Brian Kendrick

Kendrick is quicker than a hiccup, but not much on pounds. Kennedy wins by choking Kendrick against the ropes for the 1-2-3

WINNER: Mr. Kennedy

Vince talks to Hornswaggle about making a match against Khali and Finlay at Armageddon. He then asks Hornswaggle to get him an ice cream sandwich. On the way, Hornswaggle sees a sign that says “free ice cream sandwiches�? on a door. He runs into the door to find Carlito inside. Carlito tries to trap him, but Hornswaggle uses a can of spray paint to make a door in the wall and runs through it. Carlito chews his apple and tries to repeat the task, but winds up on the floor with Ron Simmons responding…�?DAMN�?.

Match #5: Mickie James VS Melina

James gives Melina a DDT for the 1-2-3.

WINNER: Mickie James

James will now face Beth Phoenix at Armageddon for a shot at the title.

Flair is coming down to the ring for his match, and in the hallway are a bunch of wrestlers and staff lined up to show their respect. HHH gives him a hug and says “show ‘em who you are�?.

Match #6: Ric Flair VS Randy Orton

If Flair loses this match, his career is over (according to Vince McMahon).

Fairly decent match - Flair gets Orton into a figure four at one point but Orton gets out. Just when it looks like everything’s done for, Jericho comes down to the ring and distracts Randy Orton - at which point Flair gives him a low blow for the roll up and the pin.

WINNER: Ric Flair

I guess Jericho really does want to save the WWE from Randy Orton!

Batista had an intervie at The Post and Currier by Mike Mooneyham.

As a kid growing up Batista witness 3 murders on his front lawn. This was just a slice of what Batista had to deal with. He grew up where murders happened to seeing crack cocaine. Batista has said he had admitted to shoplifting to even running awayas a small child to such aggrivation.

Batista despite his succes in WWE. he regrets leaving school with 2 credits shy of graduating.

“Education is the most important thing you can get. I always preach that to my kids. I don’t want them like me … making a living with my body.�?

“That’s the thing. If I get hurt, I really don’t have anything to fall back on,�? he says. “It’s a regret of mine. I did well in school. I’m not dumb by any means. I’m very capable. But back then I was struggling. I was struggling with my family life. School just wasn’t very important to me.�?

Apparently the divorce proceedings were not a shock to most in the Hogan family. According to TMZ, Hogan and his wife have been living apart for months! The two even taped the last pieces of their show, Hogan Knows Best, apart, and when they had to be together there was tons of tension and problems.

Dory Funk Jr. presented the New Funking Conservatory Women’s Championship Belt to be defended in the second match by the champion, “The Claw,” Claudia Reiff.

For the European Championship, Elvis Sharp defeated Johnny Romano with the Texas Cloverleaf.

For the New Women’s Championship, The Claw defeated Vicki Von with a Cradle.

The Claw defeated Kim Dakota with a Japanese Arm Bar. Winner and still champion, “The Claw,” Claudia Reiff.

For the Funking Conservatory’s World Championship Belt, Shane Chung, with his protégé Pistol Peyton, won over Blain Rage when Blain Rage was disqualified for outside interference by his protégé, Damien and the Pop Tarts.

Funking Conservatory Tag Team Championship match. Flyin’ Ryan, “Air Mitchell” with Sandii Skye and Elvis Sharp won over Johnny Magnum and Will Power when Will Power had an abdominal stretch on Elvis Sharp and Flyin’ Ryan hit Will right on the chin with a well placed super kick.

Guess what I just got my hands on?

That’s right - Bret Hart’s book “Hitman: My Real Life in the Cartoon World of Wrestling”.

A friend of mine headed across the border (we live about 30 minutes away from the Canadian border) and purchased it for me in Calgary,Canada. The bookstore where he had purchased at, the storekeeper said they had a hard time keeping “Hitman” book on the shelves. This is what she said just as she opened a new box which had more Bret Hart copies in it. I haven’t had a chance to read more than few pages, but you can bet that I’ll be giving you a review as soon as I’m done it!
